FORMER ADJUDICATION, § 169determination of ownership of bank stook not subject to relitigation. Once a court has ascertained and established by its decree the ownership of bank stock for purposes of imposing shareholder's liability, such question cannot be relitigated in another suit by same parties who secured former decree.
