Municipal corporations — Constitutional law — Delegation of legislative power — Gasoline filling stations prohibited in residential districts — Unless consent secured from property owners.

ERROR to the Court of Appeals of Stark county.

It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the same is hereby, affirmed upon the reasoning and authority of the case of City of Cincinnati v. Cook, 107 Ohio St. 223, 140 N.E. 655.

Judgment affirmed.
