Hearing Granted by Supreme Court Dec. 30, 1933.

Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; George H. Cabaniss, Judge.

Action by Josephine N. S. Callahan against the Hahnemann Hospital and others. A nonsuit was granted as to the defendant A. Walter, and a verdict was returned in favor of the defendants Hahnemann Hospital and C. J. Burnham. From a judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendants Thomas H. McGavack and James W. Ward, they appeal.

Judgment reversed, with directions.
