The defendants' petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 73 Conn. App. 267 (AC 21980), is granted, limited to the following issue:
"Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's granting of a prejudgment remedy against the defendants Benistar Property Exchange Trust Company, Inc., Benistar, Ltd., and Daniel E. Carpenter?"
