An action involving the right of plaintiff Cable to hold an office in the Town of Morrison.

Writ of Error Dismissed.

1. APPEAL AND ERROR — No Final Judgment. Where, on review, the record lodged in the Supreme Court does not disclose any final judgment entered in the court below, the writ of error will be dismissed.
