Brugnano v. Merrill Lynch Co., Inc.

Court of Appeals of the State of New York
Nov 1, 1995
659 N.E.2d 765 (N.Y. 1995)

Opinion

Submitted July 24, 1995

Decided November 1, 1995

Motion, insofar as it seeks leave to appeal from that part of the Appellate Division order that affirmed so much of Supreme Court's order as denied plaintiffs' motion to amend their bill of particulars, dismissed upon the ground that that portion of the order sought to be appealed from does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution; motion for leave to appeal otherwise denied, with $100 costs and necessary reproduction disbursements.
