Appeal, No. 201, April T., 1961, from order of County Court of Allegheny County, No. A 2394 of 1960, in case of Marie P. Brown, widow of Arthur R. Brown, v. Pittsburgh Railways Company. Order affirmed.

Appeal by employer from award by Workmen's Compensation Board.

Order entered dismissing appeal and directing judgment for claimant, opinion by LENCHER, P.J. Defendant appealed.

Frank J. Gaffney, with him Thorp, Reed Armstrong, for appellant.
