Appeal, No. 172, Jan. T., 1943, from judgment of Superior Court, No. 261, Oct. T., 1942, reversing judgment of C. P. Northampton Co., June T., 1942, No. 73, in re Appeal of the School District of the City of Bethlehem. Judgment affirmed; reargument refused June 30, 1943.

Appeal to common pleas by school district from decision of superintendent of instruction reversing decision of the board of school directors of the school district dismissing a professional employe.

Appeal denied and order of superintendent affirmed, opinion by LAUB, J. School district appealed to Superior Court which reversed the judgment of the court below ( 151 Pa. Super. 522) . Appeal by school teacher to Supreme Court allowed.

The judgment of the Superior Court is affirmed on the opinion of Judge BALDRIGE. We observe, however, that if school boards adopt reasonable rules, difficulties such as arose in this case will probably be avoided.
