JUDGMENT


In accordance with the Memorandum Ruling issued this date,

IT IS ORDERED that the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the defendant Omega Natchiq, Inc. [Rec. Doc. 191] is GRANTED IN PART and Jessica Broussard's loss of consortium claim is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that with respect to all other claims, Omega's Motion for Summary Judgment [Rec. Doc. 191] is DENIED.
