Motion to strike denied.

The issues to be argued before this court shall be limited to whether an arbitration clause in a health insurance plan compels arbitration of a cause of action for violation of the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (Civ.Code section 1750 et seq.), where that Act authorizes an injunction as a remedy and contains an antiwaiver provision.
