Appeal from the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, 211 F. Supp. 702, Edward Weinfeld, District Judge.

International Terminal Operating Co., Inc. and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company appeal from a judgment awarding damages to Brooklyn Waterfront Terminal Corp. for injuries to its Pier 3 in Brooklyn resulting from dredging operations of the first named appellant, insured against by the second named appellant.
