Opinion

On reconsideration, the defendants' petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 158 Conn.App. 66, 118 A.3d 596 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court appropriately applied the relation back doctrine in allowing the plaintiffs to amend the complaint?

“2. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the trial court did not abuse its discretion when it sustained the plaintiffs' objection to the defendants' request to revise?”
