By letter dated, February 6, 2012, the Court questioned its jurisdiction over this appeal and requested the parties to file jurisdictional briefs. On February 10, 2012, we received a letter from appellants' counsel stating that the parties had settled their differences and that they would soon file a motion to dismiss the appeal. The parties filed a document titled Mutual Nonsuit with Prejudice on February 22, 2012. We will treat this document as a motion to dismiss the appeal.
We grant the parties' motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2).
