Petition by Adelina Bianco for writ of review of an award made by the Industrial Accident Commission of the state of California denying petitioner’s claim for compensation for the death of her husband, Domenic Emile Bianco, opposed by Gladding, McBean & Co., employer, Pacific Indemnity Company, State Compensation Insurance Fund, New Amsterdam Casualty Company, æ tna Casualty Company, Indemnity Insurance Company, Union Indemnity Company and æ tna Life Insurance Company.

Award annulled and cause remanded to Industrial Accident Commission for further proceedings.
