Upon consideration, petitioners' motion for extension of time to file a response to Lewis Tein, P.L., Michael R. Tein and Guy A Lewis' motion to vacate emergency stay is hereby denied as moot.

Upon consideration, respondents Lewis Tein, P.L., Michael R. Tein and Guy A. Lewis' request for judicial notice of court records relevant to issues raised in pending petition for writ of certiorari is hereby denied as moot.

Following review of the emergency petition for writ of certiorari and the response and reply thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby denied.

The stay of the evidentiary hearing entered on November 21, 2012 is vacated.
