In an action to recover damages for breach of contract, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered March 16, 1961, upon the decision of the court after a nonjury trial, which awarded plaintiffs the sum of $2,736; and the plaintiffs, claiming that such award is inadequate, cross appeal from said judgment. Judgment affirmed, with costs to plaintiffs. No opinion. Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
