IS USE OF THE HABITUAL OFFENDER STATUTE TO EXCEED THE STATUTORILY PRESCRIBED MAXIMUM SENTENCE FOR THE OFFENSE PRECLUDED WHERE THE SENTENCE IMPOSED DOES NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED GUIDELINE SENTENCE?
