In the exercise of this Court's supervisory authority, the judgment of the Appellate Court, Fifth District, in case No. 5-98-0306, 302 Ill.App.3d 800, 235 Ill.Dec. 829, 706 N.E.2d 89, is vacated. The Circuit Court of Madison County is directed it vacate its order in case No. 97-L-733 denying defendant's motion to transfer venue and to enter an order transferring venue to Williamson County.
