Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; Sylvain J. Lazarus, Judge.

Action by H. H. Bechtel against Albert A. Axelrod and others for deficiency judgment on promissory note after foreclosure of trust deed, wherein Lucille Axelrod intervened. From an adverse judgment, intervener appeals.

Affirmed.
