Motion to dismiss so much of the appeal herein as is taken from that portion of the Appellate Division order affirming an order denying a motion for disclosure of nonparty witnesses granted and that portion of the appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that the order in that respect does not finally determine the action within the meaning of the Constitution.
