Appeal, No. 84, March T., 1939, from order of Superior Court, April T., 1938, No. 188, affirming order of C. P. Venango Co., Aug. T., 1937, No. C. P. P. D. 9, in re Appeal from tax assessment against W. L. Baird. Order affirmed.

Appeal from assessment of real estate. Before McCRACKEN, P. J.

The facts are stated in the opinion of the Superior Court, reported in 132 Pa. Super. 573.

Decree entered affirming decision of board of tax revision. Petitioner appealed to the Superior Court which affirmed the order of the court below. Appeal by petitioner to Supreme Court allowed.

Error assigned was action of Superior Court in not sustaining the assignment of error to the decree of the court below.
