Action in trespass for personal injuries pursuant to no-fault motor vehicle insurance act. Order entered sustaining defendants' preliminary objections alleging that plaintiff had failed to allege medical damages in excess of $750.00, order by STEFAN, J. Plaintiff appealed. Appeal, No. 1791, Oct. T., 1977, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 76-16210. Argued June 12, 1978.
