Guidry, J., voted to grant a rehearing limited to the issue of whether Ora Mae Anding was guilty of negligence which was a legal cause of the accident.

Appeal from 30th Judicial District Court, Parish of Vernon; James C. Terrell, Jr., Judge.

For the reasons assigned in docket # 6392, Leo Anding, Et Ux v. Southwestern Insurance Company Et Al., La.App., 358 So.2d 690, the judgment of the trial court herein against the State of Louisiana through the Department of Highways. The judgment of the trial court is otherwise affirmed. All costs are assessed against Southwestern Insurance Company.

REVERSED IN PART; AFFIRMED IN PART.
