MANDAMUS, § 98sufficiency of petition for mandamus to compel petitioner's reinstatement as schoolteacher. Petition for mandamus to compel petitioner's reinstatement as schoolteacher in certain school district, held to contain sufficient allegations to require answer, with result that it was error to grant motion for petition's dismissal (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1941, ch. 122, par. 136c; Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 123.161(1).

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Warren county; the Hon. WILLIAM M. BARDENS, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in this court at the October term, 1943.
