In accordance with the court's memorandum opinion and order of even date herewith,

The court ORDERS, ADJUDGES, DECREES, and DECLARES that the opinion and award of the System Board of Adjustment dated July 27, 2001, the subject of this action, be, and is hereby, set aside and vacated.

The court further ORDERS, ADJUDGES, and DECREES that defendant, Air Line Pilots Association International, take nothing on its claim against plaintiff, American Eagle Airlines, Inc., and that plaintiff have and recover its court costs from defendant.
