         OPINION

          THORNTON, Judge

         Department No. 1, by the Court (from the Bench):

         The appellant has failed, in almost every particular, to comply with the rules of this Court relating to the mode of preparing transcripts, and the transcript filed is subject to the further objection, at least equally important, that it is unintelligible .

         Judgment affirmed.
