       ORDER CHANGING OPINION

       IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the opinion of this court in the above-entitled case filed December 21, 1981 and reported at 30 Wash.App. 750, 637 P.2d 998, be changed as follows:        Change the fifth sentence in the second full paragraph on page 760, 637 P.2d 998 which reads:

No specific impairment of Alpine's ability to present its case or to cross-examine because Tracey testified to cost of repairs rather than diminished market value is identified.

       to read:

No specific impairment of Gohl's ability to present its case or to cross-examine because Tracey testified to cost of repairs rather than diminished market value is identified.
