Allran v. Wells Fargo

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit
Apr 22, 2011
424 F. App'x 198 (4th Cir. 2011)

Opinion

No. 10-1799.

Submitted: April 7, 2011.

Decided: April 22, 2011.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, at Charlotte. Graham C. Mullen, Senior District Judge. (3:10-cv-00200-GCM).

Hugh W. Johnston, Hugh Wolfe Johnston, Attorney at Law, Gastonia, North Carolina, for Appellants. Louis Adams Bledsoe, III, Adam Karl Doerr, Robinson, Bradshaw Hinson, P.A., Charlotte, North Carolina, for Appellee.

Before NIEMEYER, KING, and DUNCAN, Circuit Judges.

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.

Plaintiffs appeal the district court's order sua sponte dismissing their complaint against Defendants for failure to state a claim, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's order. See Allran v. Wells Fargo, No. 3:10-cv-O0200-GCM (W.D.N.C. June 15, 2010). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

AFFIRMED.
