Opinion

No. 90-CD-1634.

July 19, 1990.

In re Louisiana State Bd./Dentistry; — Defendant(s); applying for supervisory and/or remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. "J", No. 90-13438; Civil District Court, Div. "G", No. 86-5566; Louisiana State Board of Dentistry, No. 85-5051.

Stay denied. Motion denied.

SHORTESS, J., would grant the stay, but deny the motion for clarification; our earlier Per Curiam ordered a hearing before dentists who had no involvement with the present case. Before any substantive hearing begins the Committee should hear and decide the recusation motion.
