PARTNERSHIP, § 200inclusion of patents in decree directing sale on suit for accounting, etc. Under evidence in suit for accounting and dissolution of partnership establishing that patents were developed and procured after formation of partnership and at its expense, patents were properly treated as "partnership assets" and were properly included in decree directing sale of assets; provisions of Uniform Partnership Act providing that each partner shall be repaid his contribution not being applicable to patents (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1947, ch. 106 1/2, par. 18, subpar. (a); Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 97.18, subpar. (a)).

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook County; the Hon. FRANK M. PADDEN, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the October term, 1948.
